The time did not feel rushed. The doctor listened and gave good advice and was reassuring.
The quality of care at Dr Palacci and partners is outstanding and one of the most important and special aspects is the continuity, even if you are not a frequent visitor.

The new doctor polomcic had a student in attendance on Fri.
My appt was for 11:20 am and not only was I not seen until 11:55 am but I felt that the doctor was not listening and kept talking across me. I don't know if the doctor carried out the two (2) referrals that I requested 1st my right thumb, 2nd unit. There was also a conversation regarding my zopiclone but the doctor told me to see another G.P for my next appt.

Very smiling friendly reception. Dr Palacci listened and paid attention to concerns outside the immediate remit - always very understanding and helpful
